      Shipping Policy: Thank you for visiting and shopping at ​www.CFtapes.com​, the following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

      All PAINT PRODUCT items must only be shipped UPS GROUND. If the incorrect shipping method is chosen, this will delay your order, as we will need to contact you for additional shipping charges due. 

      CHECK OUT PROCEDURE! Please choose the Best shipping method that meets your needs. We understand that U.S.P.S Ground Advantage (formally US Postal First Class) is the most economical, stated by USPS website  it does not offer guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe, although it states Ground Advantage deliveries are delivered in 2-5 business days based on the distance and destination. USPS Priority Mail is a faster shipping service compared to USPS Ground Advantage

      US Postal Priority Shipping includes up to $100 insurance. If you would like your items to ship a different method or with full insurance over $100.00 then please notify us by using the note area at check out and or contacting us after placing your order, we will notify you of additional charges due.

      We have the right to contact you for additional shipping charges or cancel any orders that are not paid with in a 48 hour period. 


      Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time; All orders are processed same or next business day. Processed means getting your order pulled and then packed to get ready for the chosen carrier to pick up. Orders are not shipped or delivered on U.S. National Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 2-4 days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping rates & delivery estimates; Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      Shipment method: Estimated delivery time Shipment. US Postal 1-5 days (most arrive in 2-3 days) UPS Ground 1-5 business days depending on location. Estimated transit (West Coast 1-2 days, Mid 3-4 days. East Coast 4-5 days) Delivery delays by carrier can occasionally occur which is out of our control.

      Shipment confirmation & Order tracking; You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours by carrier.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes; www.CFtapes.com​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

      Damages; www.CFtapes.com​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. In the rare occasion this occurs, depending on the carrier, both the customer (you) and (supplier) www.CFtapes.com will need to work together with the carrier to make all attempts of retrieving any lost items. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy; most items ship US Postal First Class International as it is the most economical but can take up to 14 days or more depending on location. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail with Insurance you will have that option at check out.
